Ubuntu 11.10: Change to gnome-shell from unity

Install gnome-shell which is the default Gnome3 desktop:
```
sudo apt-get install gnome-shell
```
Or install gnome-session-fallback, which looks like the classic Gnome 2 desktop:
```
sudo apt-get install gnome-session-fallback
```
